How it works
Your drive opens with a key that lives in your browser.
Open your drive
The key is the account.
No email, no password.
Your drive also gets a Tari™ address.
Drop your files
Drop a file or a whole folder.
It gets locked right here, before it goes anywhere.
Our server gets scrambled noise.
Never the key.
Share it your way
Pick who can open it: anyone with the link, or one Tari address.
Then pick how many opens and when the link ends.
Pick who can open it: anyone with the link, someone who pays you, or one Tari address.
Then pick how many opens and when the link ends.
Tari does the private parts
Send by Tari: the key rides inside a payment to their address.
Only they can open it.
Pay to open: they pay your Tari address, then it opens.
See what happened
Each file shows its rule, how many times it opened, and when it ends.
When a file leaves your drive, we write that on the Tari chain, for anyone to check.
Who sees what
-
You
- Sees
- Your files, their names, and what happened to each link.
- Never sees
- Who opened a link.
You see how many times it opened.
-
The person you share with
- Sees
- What the rule still allows.
- Never sees
- Your other files.
-
Our server
- Sees
- A padded size, the hour it arrived, its rule, and how many times it opened each hour.
- Never sees
- The name, the type, what's inside, the key, or who opened it.
-
The Tari chain
- Sees
- That a payment happened, and its fee.
- Never sees
- The amount, who got it, or the key.
Our server sees your IP address while you're connected.
We don't write it to disk: rate limits use a keyed hash, kept in memory, with a key that changes every day.
Every detail: Under the hood.
